Jörn Lämke

Jörn studied Biology and Biochemistry in Jena and Cape Town, South Africa, where he also discovered his love for plant work. Back in Jena, he worked on plant-insect interactions in Jonathan Gershenzon´s group at the Max-Planck-Istitute for Chemical Ecology. His studies were supported by the Rosa-Luxemburg-Foundation.
His current research focuses on understanding the role of chromatin regulation in heat stress memory in A. thaliana.
